Donna In Drag

This is my great grandmother Donna. She was very forward thinking for her time. She had a good job, which was looked down upon because women weren't supposed to take jobs then, she enjoyed many activies meant only for men such as hunting and fishing, and reveled in telling people about her adventures, and she dressed in men's clothing frequently, which was greatly looked down upon, especially on a sunday.

The writing on the back titled the picture "Sunday Morning Squeeze". It was taken in front of the church on a sunday morning, December 28th, 1913.
