Reticulated Silver Tutorial

This is something I learned how to do this semester, the piece up there is a sample we made that's due monday.

What's great about this is the texture it gives you. You can use this as a base for Basse Taille (sp?), or shape it for a great texture in anything you fabricate, instead of roller printing a texture, or hammering one.

REMEMBER!!!!! - if you are using the reticulated silver in a piece, cut out the shape AFTER you reticulate it. You'll totally screw up the shape if you cut it out before reticulation.
